Telecom expenses management
1 PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
This is to implement and provide a monitoring solution for your mobile assets. This solution will be fully managed by a mobility agent from the Service provider, with the assistance of the integrated support system. The service offer includes: assistance with the implementation of TEM solution as well as the MobileXtra Connect app, the configuration of user profiles according to the requirements of the Company, the configuration of approval hierarchy, the deployment of the solution including the travel as well as the time of the mobility agent.
2 DATE, DURATION AND DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION OF THE SERVICE
Subject to starting on the date of signature presented in this document, completion of the implementation service can take between 5 to 20 working days, depending on the response rate from all Parties.
3 MEANS AVAILABLE TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER
In order to implement and configure the Telecom Expense Management solution, the Service provider will need the support of the Company to collect the following information: User details, hardware info and any other element judged necessary by the Service provider. The Company shall also authorize the Service Provider to contact its Wireless Service Provider and complete any transaction deemed necessary on their behalf.
4 TERMS OF PAYMENT
Invoices are issued on a monthly or annual basis according to the terms agreed in the official service proposal. The agreement terms are for 12, 24 or 36 months. Please note that the prices displayed in the service proposal are without taxes. Also, 40% of the total value of the implementation costs will be charged to the Company if it decides not to continue with the TEM solution within 30 days of signing this agreement.
If payments are past due by more than 30 days, the Service provider reserves the right to withdraw the service and configurations following a 5-business day notice to the customer. The billing cycle will be determined on the first of the month, regardless of when the implementation fee is paid. Regardless of the type of subscription selected by the Company, the price will be prorated according to the number of added and possible devices having the integrated solution. Only user additions are allowed and the agreement as well as monthly fees will be adjusted to reflect such changes.
5 END
This agreement shall end when the term stipulated in the service proposal has expired or if before, only with a written notice of cancellation from the Company. Cancellation fees calculated at 50% of the balance of the remaining months shall be paid by the Company to the Service Provider
