1 PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE 

This is to provide a certified project management and mobile deployment solution. This solution will be fully assisted by a mobility agent and a project manager from the Service provider, with the assistance of the integrated support system.

2 DATE, DURATION AND DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION OF THE SERVICE 

Subject to starting on the date of signature presented in the service proposal. The implementation of the service can take between 5 to 60 working days, depending on the response rate of the Parties as well as the number of devices to be deployed to the Company.

3 TERMS OF PAYMENT 

Payment is due 30 days following receipt of the invoice. Please note that the prices displayed in the service proposal are without taxes. Also, 40% of the total value of the implementation costs will be charged to the Company if it decides not to continue with the project management and mobile deployment solution within 30 days of signing this agreement.

If payments are past due by more than 30 days, the Service provider reserves the right to withdraw the service and configurations following a 5-business day notice to the customer. Regardless of the type of subscription selected by the Company, the price will be prorated according to the number of devices that are part of the integrated solution.

4 END 

This agreement shall end when the term stipulated in the service proposal has expired or if before, only with a written notice of cancellation from the Company. Cancellation fees calculated at 50% of the balance of the remaining services to be delivered shall be paid by the Company to the Service Provider within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
