Unison management

1 PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

This is to provide a certified project management mobile services deployment solution. This solution will be fully assisted by a mobility agent and a project manager from the service provider, with the assistance of the integrated support system.

2 DATE, DURATION AND DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION OF THE SERVICE

Subject to starting on the date of signature presented in the service proposal. The implementation of the service for the implementation can take between 5 to 60 working days, depending on the response rate of two parties as well as the number of devices to be deployed to the company.

3 TERMS OF PAYMENT

The terms of payment are hereby payable 30 days after receipt of the invoice. Please note that the prices displayed in the service proposal are without taxes. On the other hand, 40% of the total value of the proposal or of the implementation costs (Unison) will be charged to the company if it decides not to continue with the mobile services deployment solution, 15 days following the signing of this agreement.

If there is a delay in payment of more than 30 days, the service provider allows itself to stop the service and the various configurations with notice to the customer of 5 working days. Note, regardless of the type of service the service provider selected by the company, the price will be prorated according to the number of devices that are part of the integrated solution.

4 END

It ends depending on the type of deployment solution at the service proposal following the date of signature of the proposal or if before, only with a written cancellation notice from the company, with mandatory payment of the balance of remaining months, within 30 days of cancellation.
